Born and raised in a particularly dark corner of the Black Forest, Pascal grew up on grim fairy tales and haunted castles. Seeking brighter shores, he moved to L.A. and studied at AFI. As a sought-after editor, work on title sequences for films like Malignant and the The Conjuring franchise rekindled his love for genre. His shorts have traveled the world and his scripts have been finalists, won a grant and received option offers.
